SHIPPING POLICY
A standardized flat rate fee of $8 is applicable to all deliveries made within metro areas, and these shipments are handled personally.
For deliveries within metro areas, encompassing both shipping and handling, a flat rate of $15 is charged.

Should the postal address provided be classified as "Rural," we kindly request that you opt for the rural shipping option, which incurs a flat rate fee of $18.99.

In the event that you choose "Metro Shipping" but our shipping system identifies your address as "rural," please be aware that supplementary charges will be levied. Your order will not be dispatched until these additional fees have been settled.

Upon payment of the requisite supplementary shipping fees, your order will proceed to fulfillment and be dispatched in accordance with our standard procedure.

The anticipated amount for supplementary shipping fees in the case of rural shipping is $8. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Lumi Scent Candles will investigate every refund/return request individually.
1. We do not accept returns based on change of mind.
2. Returns will be honoured should we send you the incorrect scent/product. Should this occur we will be in touch and arrange appropriate action.
3. Orders made via the Lumi Scent Candles website can not be cancelled. If an mistake happened with your order, contact us as soon as possible before we start processing your order.

We will only accept return of the product if:
The product is faulty or damaged during time of delivery; in this case we will replace the product or will offer you a refund to your account. We also accept the product return if the product is different from the item you have ordered. The products you would like to return must be in the original packaging and must be sent in with the accompanying items. Also, provide an explanation for why you would like to return the product.
